I am taking the liberty of introducing I & TS and the campus community to new staff members as well as resume highlighting staff in our area. Here is a first attempt!
Jon Eren hails from all over the world, more recently Bonita Springs, Florida. Currently he resides in Bellevue with his girlfriend of five years, Nicole Figley. Jon has a wide range of interests and hobbies, from video games and movies to outdoor recreation including skiing. He has traveled extensively having visited the Cayman Islands and England as well as a variety of the fifty states. Jon, whose father is a retired Turkish doctor, lived for two years in Istanbul and Ankara and attended a Turkish university from 2003 through the end of 2004. I asked Jon what his greatest strength was (assuring him that he was not interviewing for his job) and he replied that he likes to find good in everything. When asked for his greatest weakness he added that it would be road rage. Welcome to Seattle/Tacoma, Jon.
