Fruit-based Festivities
Now that Summer is upon us, it's time for what we all look forward to all year: Fruit Festivals. If you don't know, Fruit Festivals mean you show your LuteCard and then you get free fruit and either ice cream, whipped cream, or shortbread. And there is always music or a performance of some kind to accompany the food. One time there were trained pigs. Fingers crossed that we will see them again someday.
There will be one festival per month (June, July, August), which will take place from 11:30AM-1:00PM in the Lower Plaza of the AUC (by the outdoor entrance to the Cave). Get these dates on your calendar and come join the fun:
June 11 - Strawberry Festival
July 9 - Raspberry Festival
August 6 - Blueberry Festival
