With all the holiday meals, snacks, leftovers, candy, baked goods, and more baked goods, it can be difficult to stay in shape over the break. Luckily, PLU offers us some help upon our return. Details follow.
J-Term fitness classes
January 6 - February 3, 2014
Classes are $10 each or $20 for all three
Step it up - A fun 25 minute aerobic workout on the step with a 5 minute cool down. Your heart will love you!
When: Mondays, January 6-February 3 (no class on January 20) 12:15-12:45
Abs - Build strength, stability, and balance through traditional abdominal exercises, pilates and plank. Please bring a mat or towel.
When: Tuesdays, January 7-January 28, 12:15-12:45
Bands and Cardio - Enjoyable class alternating strength training bands and aerobic exercise. Total fat burning!
When: Wednesdays, January 8-January 29, 12:15-12:45
Free meditation class - This class is free and open to all, including students.
When: Fridays, January 10-January 31, 12:15-12:45
