Fall Fitness 2013

PLU offers fitness classes for staff and faculty during each term throughout the year. Yoga, Fit Club, Walk Live, Water Aerobics, Kettlebell Fitness and Weekend Warrior will all be offered this fall.  For questions, please contact Human Resources at humr@plu.edu or (253) 535-7185.
